Yes and for that reason I choose DirecTV because they have MORE games every week. And soon golf will have the masters and guess who gets the BEST coverage oh ya DirecTV.

DirecTV is unquestionably the sports leader...professional sports.

It's just a shame that the sports leader is not also the college sports leader, as apparently more games are available on Dish than on DirecTV. Doesn't seem right...coming from the sports leader and all. :(

I agree. As an example, because D* doesn't carry the PAC 12 Net, only the late semi-final and Men's Basketball Conference Final (both carried by ESPN) will be available on D*. All the other games are on the PAC-12 Net.

Not just Philly remember they don't carry CSN Houston which is another very large market. Plus Pac-12 covering many markets including #2 in LA and #5/6 SF Bay Area.

Just wondering do you get ESPN channels in HD.
Also do you get mlb extra innings.

Would really be nice to get Time Warner SportsChannel - Ohio added as well. Going to miss the Dayton-George Washington game.

Yeah, ever since I heard they have the rights to the Asian WC Qualifiers, I've been wanting that one. It has a wide variety of sports offered as well.

On a side note, looks like Univision Deportes Network may be taken off the list in the near future. I wouldn't complain about that addition !

Would be interesting to see One World sports but I doubt that will ever come to pass.

Streaming espn3 through the dvr like you tube is now would be awesome. Maybe next espn contract.

So what troll?

I love directv, but they should have the pac twelve network.

There are plenty of games on that network this year that I missed because directv does not offer.

Just because they have the best coverage they should stop adding new channels?

What does this have to do with my point about college sports on DirecTV?

Strange

ESPNU is all college sports. Dish does not have it in HD, unless it was added recently. That does have something to do with college sports leadership.

I would like to see pac12 in by football season. However if it is not there I will not be running to dish.
As for dish heck they may lose all ESPN networks before the end of the year who knows if they will get a new contract after the court fight they just had.

I am fan of both college and professional sports, and I will not be running to Dish either. That said, I wish DirecTV would find a way to get teh Pac-12 Networks on the air....very disappointing.

I'd like it, too, but not so disappointed. I would only be if I were specifically a Pac 12 fan. I am not. I am a Big Ten fan and overall college sports fan, so I get enough.

Agreed. Price hikes will occur whether or not the PAC-12 is added but if the PAC-12 addition would mean another dime added to my bill? No thanks.
