2 Bugs concerning closed captioning. (1) On occasion receiver locks up and needs to be rebooted after enabling closed captioning. Access main menu, go to preferences, go to closed caption, enable closed caption, select done. At this point the receiver will go back to the program you were viewing, and on occasion the picture will become "dim" then normal and switch back and forth a couple of times then the receiver will crash. Closed captioning never appears proir to crash. (2) The closed caption display option for foreground and background will not display the "SOLID" background and foreground. Solid option is checked but it remains translucent. This creates difficulties reading when certain viewing backgrounds match the closed caption backgrounds.
