Just thought I would share my experience with the Premier Protection Plan. I had a 2011 model Macbook Air and the wife spilled Coke all over it. We sent it in to be repaired and they emailed saying parts were on back order. I got another email a few days later saying a replacement had been approved. I am now typing on a brand new Macbook Air 2012 model. I figured it would be refurbished or something but no they sent a brand new one! They also refunded the $50 service fee since they didn't have it fixed in 3 days without me asking for it. The whole process took about 2 1/2 weeks so not to bad. I would recommend the plan to anyone with multiple tv's, laptops, tablets, etc.... and a clumsy wife.;)

Awesome!
Here’s to the crazy ones.
The misfits. The rebels.
The the troublemakers.
The round pegs in the square holes.

The ones who see things different.
They’re not fond of rules, and they have no respect for the status quo.

Glad it was easy and it worked.

I gotta ask however, if $20 a month more on the home owners insurance policy would get same or better coverage?

Not only that but a homeowners policy sure would love to raise your premium for having a claim....even drop you! Heaven forbid you have to use your policy and not just pump $ into the company!

And some insurance companies will consider it a claim if you call up to inquire what would be covered even if you don't ultimately file an official claim.
