Local CBS Choppy Video and Audio

Trying to watch the NCAA Tournament my local CBS Channel WREG TV Channel 3 Memphis has very annoying Choppy picture & Audio every minute or so. Anyone else experiencing this?

Any chance they are trying to put other games on their subchannels (If they are even allowed to do that anymore)?

Im getting choppy picture also here in Illinois watching Michigan vs S.Dakota State.

Maybe is just that particular feed because I don't see the same choppiness on national networks.

Definitely not the best HD picture quality on my CBS affiliate here in DC.....looks a little grainy

Very poor PQ on WCBS. Tru,TNT, and TBS are far superior. Any fast motion at all destroys the picture. Pretty sure it is due to all of the sub channels.
Perhaps I Misremembered.

Really poor PQ on Philly CBS (KYW-DT) for the NCAA games.
