info question on the counters

Hi all , I was just checking the counters out and noticed a couple things that have me puzzled that i thought you all could answer for me.when you scroll down the counter list you come across first: next call out 04/05/10:20pm
call out failures: 0

than about have way down i get this: previous software: s238
last connect : 02/08/13 5:02am
last failed call out : 04/05/13 10:20am

what had me puzzled was up above it said i had 0 failed call outs than half way down it said i had one today. is this a glitch or did something happen down the road with the hopper to make it mess up. by the way this is my 2nd hopper the first one i got when i upgraded back in summer of last year i think. it only lasted 2 days before the hard drive went out ( lost all recordings ) lol. since than this hopper has been flawless. the Hopper still runs and records like a champ so it doesn't seam to affect anything if it cant connect or it is connecting and its just not showing up. I wont do a reboot or rest since it is running just fine( afraid ill lose my recordings and right now i have to many, maybe this summer). I was just curious, that's all. thanks in advance :)
