Signatures are easy, find a post with a sig and in the top right there will be an X. Click on the X and you will see two options, ignore the sig you clicked on or ignore all sigs.  Avatars I dont have an answer for

Edit:  I know the OP found the link but the X is in the top right not top left of the sig

Since there is a default avatar (much to my chagrin) now, it doesn't appear that there is a way to turn them off.

I'm sure Directv can't wait to get their hands on your unit.

Hi...You are free to use the mobile theme on your old notebook, that might help.  That old book must hurt you a lot these days on the net. :)

In regards to grammer...do you mean spellcheck? If you are using FireFox here is what is needed as reported by anther member.

No Spell Check in FIreFox...

To correct the problem right click on the text, choose Language and select English dictionary.  It's that simple, i guess by default it is not chosen and IP.Board triggers some oddness with Firefox.

Good tip. Thanks!

FWIW, the "X" was on the top right, viewed with Chrome 27 on my desktop PC.

Glad you found it and I fixed my original post.  You know when you cant find it on the left you just look on your other left, don't you? :)
