I have been a direct tv customer since 2006..have 3 tvs. Hr 24, h20, and d11. Contract is up..called about genie..getting genie, connection kit, and 1 client..for $49 (instal fee). Will keep hr24 and h20..use client to replace the d11. Also, getting sunday ticket super max for $100. Renewed contract..I cuurently have $20 in monthly credits since I take the mlb package. Can I do anything different... don't know if I get the hr 34 or hr 44..

.I currently have $20 in monthly credits since I take the mlb package.

the 20.00 off for 1 yr offer and MLB Extra Innings have nothing at all to do with one another. :-|

but you got an AMAZING deal :)

Also, the H20 does is not compatible on a whole home system so that would have to be replaced. I personally would get a client in its place since the clients can access the on demand services.

That is my plan..replace the h20 with a client. Move the hr24 to the bedroom and usevthe genie for the main tv in the living room..

I would hold on to the HR24 and remember that the clients pull tuners from the genie.

If that's your plan then you have enough equipment ordered.

So you  would end up with a Genie, a client and  HDDVR.  7 tuners, 3 TVs. A good set up in my books.

Unless Oklahoma is in a test market I would hold off because we are very close to the national release on the hr44 and your going to miss out for the next 2 years when if you waited just a tad bit long you would get a better device as in speed and it being so fluid. Plus you will get the new rc71 remote and get to use it in rf with your 44 which has the new rf4ce technology ....
