R22 can't see Hr34

My R22 can't see my Hr34 but the 34 can see it. Any ideas where to start. I did reboot R22 but didn't change. R22 sees other boxes fine.  Thanks

It's hard to know which needs rebooting, so you may need to reboot the 34
