My HR23 700 blew up, and now i am in search of a HR-44

as long as those HDDVRs are the HR2X series, you are golden! HR10 would have to be replaced

I always replace the H20-100 when doing a WHDVR upgrade. Perhaps you should do the same

As long as the installer knows how to deal with it, there is no reason to replace an HR20-100. Does Whole Home fine, unlike the H20.
