I must admit, Peggy didn't sell me on the ad idea. I just can't imagine the people who paid for this ad...

Probably not even in 2013. The proposal is so far out for the times, the customer and even the principals of SC&P.

One nit: I distinctly heard Farmington (Miss Porter's School) referenced, but was it for sure Rosemary Hall (then in Greenwich, CT) where Sally overnighted? The likelihood of that whole portrayal is very very low with either of those two schools in the 60's. Rosemary Hall is now co-ed (merged with The Choate School in Wallingford, CT.) Farmington, also in CT, remains all girls. 

"Laxguy" means a guy who loves lacrosse.
