Final Update - Went to the so called "DTV Authorized Retailer/Installer" yesterday.  Put the bent and broken bolt slimline up on the counter, handed over a written out "What He Did Wrong", informed him that the DTV Install Tech documented with cell phone pics everything he found & fixed, and told them at a minimum I wanted my antenna replaced with a brand new one (even though the DTV Tech already replaced the one on the house), a refund that covered the DTV call out service, $50, come back out to sort out and fix the screw up in the motorhome, annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd since the service was soooooooooooooooo bad and NOT worth $80/hr, a negoitated refund on at least half of what I wrote a check for, $324.  New antenna no problem, was out that afternoon and sorted/fixed motorhome receivers, and a refund check for $200 (DTV $50 + $150 poor work) with an apology from the store's owner.

Saga Done, now I have to save up for that motorhome antenna replacement, a Winegard Slimline SWM Trav'Ler.

Owned DTV in Motorhome - HR20-700, HR20-100, H25-700 with a Winegard SlimLine 3 Trav'ler (SWM) Antenna
Owned DTV in the Sticks & Bricks - H25-700, HR24-100, & HR24-500
Lease D-12-100
