I've been watching the first season of Undercover Boss Canada on Netflix and man, the bosses are very tight at rewarding their employees after they reveal their undercover. Unlike US version, Canadians are very savvy.  Most of the bosses reward their employees with donating funds to some charity or giving them time off.  It's very different thanUS bosses.

I wonder if there is an issue with Canadian employment law?  Something to the effect of you cant give one employee a big bonus without doing something for the coworkers?
