Ours is on Verizon, but looks like several other carriers are releasing it. On Verizon however it is not available OTA. You have to plug into a computer, it will prompt to run an installer.

 

Do not install if you are rooted. This includes the Knox bootloader. It also allows apps to be installed to the SD card, among other changes.

I had it pushed OTA last night.  My carrier is US Cellular.  Apps to SD = Two thumbs up (if it works)

Oh and a few days ago I lost the Google Play Store and all mention of it on my S4, after the update the icon is right back where it was.  Whoddathunkit.

I believe apps have to support install on SD.

 

Wondering if Verizon took out anymore features that they don't want us to have, like Blocking mode.
