The Mythbusters episode "Breaking Bad Special" is listed with an original air date of 6/12/2013 instead of the actual air date of 8/12/2013, thus it is not showing up as a new episode on my DirecTV DVR. You have been warned.

8/12 it's airing, not the 13th.

If you stop responding to them or put them on ignore, then eventually they'll go away.

Oh great!  Time to challenge things we see on another finctional TV show.  When is the "Looney Tunes" Special?   I really want to know if someone can fall of a cliff and then get hit by a large boulder if they will walk around like an accordian or if it is possible to wrap a shotgun around someones head and tie it in to a bow..

The name of the show is 'Mythbusters' not 'Moviebusters'.

The shows original idea was to test myths that have supposedly occured in life and not something Hollywood created.

Uh, Hollywood has created their own movie myths. Also, the presenters on Mythbusters used to be Hollywood special effects designers.

Because I wasn't sure if you knew there's a lot of science and chemistry in the show to test.

As for the original premise of the show, there's only so many urban legends to test. Lots of real life myths occur in movies, so why not test them? With their pilot testing from a movie, I guess you stopped watching then, right?

For the most part I have stopped watching Mythbusters.  I'll turn it on occasionally when they bust myths and not movies..

Then lets call the show "moviebusters"!
