Anyone else lose the content on their program guides tonight? Did not affect the broadcast channels, but have lost pretty much everything else.

Interestingly, this is just on my HR boxes -- my R box works fine.

No problem here.  What model DVR/Receivers do you have?  Have you tried a reset?

Hr-21 and HR-23. If it were just one box I'd figure it was my issue. But it's on both boxes, so I wonder if it's system-wide.

Granted its been 7 hours since your post but my HR24 has guide data about 12 days out. It is not uncommon for it to come up a day or 2 short of the full 14 days

I did the red button reset and the problem is still there.

The really strange thing is a few channels are fine. The broadcast channels have guide data, so do the Nick and MTV channels as well as channels I never watch such as Military Channel, We and Oxygen and a few others.

And the problem isn't 12 days vs. 14 days. For most channels I get no guide data at all --- not even for the current time period.

Again my R-16 box is fine; it's just the HR boxes where this is happening.

Thoughts on what might be wrong?

Incorrect dish configuration on the dvr's?  Although more likely a problem at teh dish itself as your SD only receiver appears to be fine...the R16 only looks at 101 I believe...the others need to see 99-101-103, for 3LNB, and 110, 119 if they are set to 5LNB dish....

One your HD boxes, check the signal readings.  Please post back with your signal readings for each satellite's transponders (and both tuners if applicable).  You'll find these readings under "Menu" -> "Setup" -> "System Setup" -> Satellite -> "View Signal Strength".  Note the "+" and "-" symbols next to the "Satellite" and "Tuner" entries where you can toggle the readings between the various satellites and both DVR tuners.

Fill in your readings for each satellite and tuner using these examples.  A properly aligned dish will show 80-90s on most of the relevant transponders (although some will be low or zero):

Satellite transponders (32 total at 101º)
