I'd get it all installed now, even in unfinished rooms- you can take the receiver out after install to keep the mud and plaster dust, etc. away. With two DVRs in the mix, they'll have to install the SWiM 16 and run coax to every location; much easier and cleaner now than later.

One thing I dont see mentioned (but I didnt read every word) is that past 4 tvs I probably would use a dealer because the setup IS so robust. Im not sure they can handle the additional equipment required to make everything work.

Just my opinion anyway.

Sure they can, I bet he's not the only one with 10 TV on this market

Sounds good.

Personally if you have guest rooms id probably make sure they got the basic Hi Definition receivers. Then One genie for main tv. Your three clients for the other main rooms you and everyone watches. And then probably two DVRs maybe three. That way you can record pooled shows for everyone in the genie and everyone would also have a DVR for their own shows. Just a thought.

Sounds like it went exactly as I mentioned.  Good to know you got an agent that did it the right way.  Let us know how your install goes.
