The game is on NBC-BA so everything else is blacked out "locally": ESPN2, MLBN, and all MLB Extra Innings channels. Except I don't live in a zone (Monterey-Salinas) that has access to NBC-BA on D*. But they black me out on everything anyways, just because they can. Too bad violence is illegal. I would like to find the guy who rigged this scam. I really would.

Are you in DMA 124 (Monterey-Salinas)?? We're blacked-out on EVERYTHING.
The CSR goes, "Well that's because the game isn't sold out!"
"Then why is the game NOT blacked-out on NBC-BA seen all over the Bay Area if they need to sell more tickets??"

Aha, I suspected there would be a stock phrase for this! Love it: Outer Market Black Hole. Perfect! Nah, just Extra Innings, no Sports Pack.

It was shown in the Sacto. area, but on an obscure NBC channel- last minute change I think. It was also in the Guide as ESPN, and so I recorded it, but got only a few minutes before it terminated on its own. Oddly, the PQ of the ESPN feed was no where near as good as the NBC one.
And, no way was it not sold out......

So I guess this Outer Market Black Hole routine is pretty common. The zone where you can't get the local carrying station but you're not far away enough to escape the blackout.
Tomorrow night and Wed they're going back to the normal station deal--CSNBA. I can get that down here.
