Any chance on getting an update soon for the DirecTV Windows Phone App?  Last updated in 2012.

Thanks!  :)

seriously I have no idea as DirecTV never divulges this kind of info before it gets released

Perhaps they're holding out for Blue.

Blue (Windows 8.1) is coming out for desktop soon.  Middle of October I think and then Windows Phone 8.1 will hopefully to be released early 2014.

I wish they would update it! I really like my Nokia Windows Phone 8 device and having come over from Android, I have no regrets...except for the DIRECTV app.

I realize Windows Phone is only 4 or 5% of the US market, so there are most likely no plans to update the DTV app anytime soon, if at all.

DIRECTV since April 2000.

and that is on the "high" guesstimate
