The current network schedule grid is here: http://metvnetwork.c...edule_print.php

MeTV has changed its prime time programming for the Fall season. It now has Gilligan's Island from 8:00 to 9:00 PM, followed by Hogan's Heroes and F Troop on Monday through Friday, but then, at 10:00 PM, they change to checkerboard scheduling rather than block scheduling, and run back-to-back episodes of Mary Tyler Moore, Taxi, The Bob Newhart, Show Rhoda, and Dick Van Dyke, one night each.

Sunday afternoon is revamped with the Love Boat at 2:00 PM, followed by 7 hours of detective shows, including the Streets of San Francisco. Michael Douglas used to look like Kirk Douglas, then he didn't, and now he does again, only now it is no longer a compliment.

The local affiliates bump some network programming for local news and sports. Zap2it carries lots of local programming schedules that incorporate the local programming modifications.  In my market, Washington, DC metro, we get MeTV on WJLA (7.2), whose schedule can be found here: http://tvlistings.za...do?stnNum=46847 and on WBAL (11.2), which often bumps it for Baltimore Raven's related programming: http://affiliate.zap...=21211&channel=  .  I haven't figured out how to navigate to digital TV subchannels on Zap2it, but I usually can find the ones I want by searching for the station call letters appended to DT2 or DT3, Like: WJLADT2 or WJLA-DT2, plus zap2it.

Looks like they're recycling shows that are or have recently been on other retro-networks.  Although I do see "Wanted: Dead or Alive", The Untouchables" and "Make Room For Daddy" on there.

I really wish they'd start digging out more of the forgotten stuff.

Another problem is that my local blocks out quite a bit of the schedule for other things like local news rebroadcasts and local kiddie-ball events.

You might want to read about "Make Room for Daddy" on Wikipedia.  I was astounded by what I learned of it.  It turns out that the show began in 1953 and got poor ratings for its first three years, and the actress that played Danny's wife didn't like him or the show and quit, so in the fourth year, Danny was a widower who occasionally had dates, and then at the end of the fourth season, he married the actress that we know of as his wife and the show switched networks and became a top ten show for years.  Since I was born in 1952, I of course never saw those first four years first-run, and they are not included in the syndicated reruns that we have watched off and on for the past  50 years.

Naked City has been in that slot for a while now.  They recently started running the James Franciscus episodes from the first year.

I can't get Retro, MeTV or AntennaTV here. MeTV is on channel 20.02, but I don't have a digital tuner.

Paul, you are missing some of the greatest re-run programming of all time. I get both METV & Retro TV, I find myself watching METV the most.

METV was on a Santa Rosa station two years ago, but the owner sold it, and the new owner flipped it to Spanish.

The good news for Bay Area viewers is that within about two weeks of MeTV going off that station, a new affiliate agreement was reached with KOFY, a 568 KW station that is just 55 miles from the center of zip code 95404.  The bad news is, not only is the signal pathetically weak there, even when I extend the mast used in my tvfool.com site analysis to 100 feet, it only improves by about 1 dB to about -112dBm, which is too weak to develop.

KOFY-TV channel is in San Francisco, and it is on Dishnetwork.
