No Signal after install.

I saw on my 612 receiver that after the installer hooked up my Hopper they the signal on my 612 was gone. What would have caused this. I e en hooked to a unused coaxial cable to a connection on the hopper node and that did not work.

1. 612 doesn't support MoCA signal in coax as H's clients on the cables

2. you can't use 612 with H+J account; it has been deactivated automatically already
