My HR24-500 shows "To Be Announced" for many of my channels.

I know I had an internet problem for a while early this morning.

Is there any way I can make it connect and refresh the guide data?

Guide data isn't from the internet.  Reset and check your sat signals.

To flush the current Guide (a good idea if you suspect corruption), do two Menu resets within 30 minutes. Then be patient for the Guide to reload.

I did one reset and then started to watch a baseball game. About 2 hours later, I checked the guide again and the channels that were missing shows before were now filled in.

Thanks

Then you should be good.
