I am replacing a WD20EADS hard drive that was in an Antec MK1 enclosure because the drive is full and The MK1 has. a fan issue. I bought a WD20EURS drive with a Thermaltake Max 5 enclosure. I put the drive in the enclosure and connected it to the receiver. I turned on the drive and let it spin up for two minutes then plugged in my receiver. After resetting my receiver will not recognize the new drive. Is this hd compatible with my receiver? Any help that I can get will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I was not able to get an EURS model to work in the Thermaltake MAX 5 enclosure either....when I put my last remaining EVDS drive in the enclosure it worked.....I think the EURS drives are not compatible with the TT MAX 5 enclosure.  The EVDS drive is attached to an HR20 though as well...I wonder if it related to AF drives vs non-AF drives?  I havent had time to do any more experimentation to come to a 100% conclusion as I was trying to replace a Thernaltake dock with the MAX 5 on an HR22....the HR22 would not recognize the drive when installed in the MAX 5, still worked fine when put back in the TT dock.....
