This has been happening for a couple weeks. Watching live or recordings, it acts like I paused it. I can't do anything when this occurs. I have WHV and streaming recordings to another box gets pauses there as well.

I did the adv diags disk surface scan and it found and fix ~1000 errors. The file system check was ok, but smart tests fail with 3013.

If my disk is going, would that effect live viewing?

I have seen this of all channels and my signals are strong.

Thoughts?

Thanks
Doug

Of course!

Call DirecTV to request a replacement Receiver/DVR.  It's free if you have their Equipment Protection Plan, or within 90-days of installation.  Otherwise ~$20 for shipping.  Or ~$50 to have a tech come replace it for you.

Here’s to the crazy ones.
The misfits. The rebels.
The the troublemakers.
The round pegs in the square holes.

The ones who see things different.
They’re not fond of rules, and they have no respect for the status quo.
