On the same account? It won't be allowed.

If you stop responding to them or put them on ignore, then eventually they'll go away.

DirecTV currently does not allow multiple HR44's on one account.

This is the same reason why DirecTV wont allow more than one Genie per account.

3 seperate accounts, 1 dish.

Unless it's an MDU install they won't allow that either, especially if it's a single family dwelling.

DIRECTV (or an authorized agent) will take care of all of this if and when they set up the Genie(s).

Know that the LNB will NOT be SWiM. There will be four wires coming down from the dish to some point where they are split (or cascaded) to multiple SWiM multiswitches.

Maybe maybe not. Being on three different accounts no account will show it as a singledishforallthreeifits not built as a mdu system. It doesn't sound like he's setting it upas a mdu system.
