Is there any way to remove the titles from the internal hard drive to my computer without the use of a Hauppauge or PVR?

I can output the titles via a Hauppauge via HDMI at max bitrate and 60fps and find the quality to be poor.

I am pretty sure the FPS dos not make a difference, rather the resolution

The resolution I use is the  native resolution in which each network broadcasts.  For example, NBC is 1080i,  ESPN and ABC broadcast in 720p

The bitrate you're using simply isn't high enough.
