i was wondering why on channel 95 & 223 it say that channel is moving to channel 256 on nov 1 and how can that be when tcm is on that channel right now

TCM should move to the 500 range where the rest of the movies channels are

More premium movie like than many of those in the HD pack and IFC.

I watched TCM on 256 yesterday  11/1, nothing seems to be moved.
