I never recieved an email that my membership was expiring. Is there a feature for this?

 

Did the 2yr membership go away? i remember buying this the previous years.

I was under the impression that the membership was yearly

I did receive an email last month about my membership expiring however I dont know if it is automatic or an opt-in function.

It should be automatic when the time comes to renew.  Looks like the renewal invoice was made on 12/17.  I do see you paid it however.  Wonder if it got caught in a filter.

 

We did drop the two years when we converted the software.

Thanks for th update on the 2yr change. would be nice if there was a 2 year option at a slight discount.
