Wasn't sure where to post a possible forum issue.

When editing a post, you used to be able to Change the color of a sentence ,or sentences after it was already written?

It seems as soon as I select the what sentence I want to change the color , and click on text color, it becomes unselected.

It will only change the color of the Text if I erase and write it over again, same with Font and Text Size.

Any Tips?

Forum Support would most certainly be the correct section.

I would suggest trying a different browser. It works fine with Firefox v26 on my Linux Mint box.

You must also insure that the toggle switch at the upper left of the edit box is flipped to enable GUI mode (if the icons are looking pale).

Yep, it seems ever since I've installed  IE11 stuff has been crazy, I did flip the switch, and tried it with compatibility mode off and on and nothing.

There's your sign. IE11 is eeeeeeeeeevillle and the likely reason that IE is now hovering at around 10% share (Safari is 4%).

A Google search for IPBoard with IE11 returns over 66,000 hits and they're mostly bug reports with the editor.

Use just about anything else and you'll be significantly happier (as will anyone who has to maintain a web site).

You can also uninstall IE11 and it will go back to IE10.

I did that without any problems on 2 different machines running Windows 7.

I was having problems with other sites that were not forums in addition to the problems on the forums.

I've never liked Safari.  Seems limited.

Moving to the Support Forum... though it sounds like it was a browser version issue.

Yes thanks.

And yes it was IE 11 that was the cause.
