Anyway to get LA locals in hawaii?

I was looking up the spot for los angeles local channels which are on 4s33 & 6s33. Hawaii receives the same transponder but on s55. I have a dish 1000.2, the one used on the mainland, if that makes a difference.

No.  You are only entitled to receive the locals in your DMA.
