I think you're referring to the 3/16/11 tech tip. At that time the H24-700s had received a software update that caused them to fail to get signal with any SWM, and that was the tech tip that instructed us to swap to a legacy LNB to force a download to the fixed software.

nah, thats not it, this was a service bulletin.....and the problem wasnt with ANY swm, it was just wnc lnbs, we custom ordered eagles at the time to fix the issue for 5 months till directv finally took care of the problem. All of equpement always came from des moines, the eagles had to come from denver and cost us more money in doing so


lets see here......the evidence that hsp was only using h24-100 refurbs was probrably my best friend at hsp that only had h24-100 refurbes and HSP didnt have any of these issues.......is that enough evidence?????
