I am switching back to DirecTV and have the installation coming up. I am hoping to receive the Genie HR44 but don't know for a fact that to be true. This was in one of the emails I received.

I am guessing that since the Genie minis are wireless this means the Genie will be the HR44 - Correct?

1 DIRECTV® Genie $299.00     3 DIRECTV Wireless Genie Mini $297.00     1 DIRECTV® Slimline Dish $0.00     1 Wireless Video Bridge $0.00     3 Instant Rebate -$297.00     1 Instant Rebate -$299.00     ADDITIONAL FEES       Installation Fee $0.00     Delivery & Handling Fee $19.95     Tax $0.07     Wireless Genie Mini Setup $0.00     Sales Order Credit -$18.95     ORDER TOTAL PAID** $1.07

Likely but not for sure.

Do you in fact need (want?) a wireless mini client? (As wired is more stable).

Wireless client works with HR34 so you could end up getting that model as well it would just depend on what the warehouse has.
