Have 300 recordings but Hopper says "Your hard drive is 0% full"

I'm a little concerned that my Hopper.    There are 300+ recordings but it says "Your hard drive is 0% full" no matter what i do.  I've reset it several times already.

 

Should I start backing up my recordings and get the Hopper replaced?

did you try cold reboot [unplug power for 5 min] ?

 

if yes, then it's time for transfer valuable recordings to EHD
