VIP722 recording problem

On occasions when i set up a recording it shows in the timers list but not in the 'schedule' list. When that happens there is no recording. I check to see if a hgher priority program was in its way but no. Any ideas/resolutions for this??

AT250 with ViP 722 via HDMI to 47" LG in living room and 27" JVC in exercise room. ViP 722 via HDMI to 42" Panny in master bedroom and 27" Philips in another bedroom

do cold reboot each time when you see such problems
