After looking at your pictures I think I have the smooth one

Yes, you have the smooth Slimline.  Still not sure why you're so concerned about this.  Your signal readings are fine.

Well I had some time this weekend. so I moved the dish in a little towards level with the side of the house.   Now has a full clear shot.  Signals only improved about 1-2 on some of the lower ones but all in all the same.  I am getting 96 on my spotbeam so I am certain I am dead on now regarding if I have some in the upper 80's

The spot beams are transmitted at higher power unless you live in Florida, so it would be expected to have higher signals on it than the rest if you're in the center of the spot.

However, if your CONUS tpns were already in the mid to upper 90s the additional power wouldn't allow much further improvement, so those who have the best possible readings for CONUS probably wouldn't notice any difference in their spot beam (I don't, and I'm dead center in the spot)
