Having trouble getting internet connection to my HR24 receiver. I keep getting a "result code" of 86715. Any/body have any ideas? Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If you are connecting directly to the HR24 via ethernet cable, you need to do a Red Button Reset (with the ethernet cable connected at both places) in order to switch the HR24 from its DECA adapter to its ethernet port
Keep in mind that by disabling the ethernet port, you may be disabling the WHDVR feature if you have other receivers on the DECA cloud.

Was it working previously or is this something you're just now setting it up?
