I only have basic and my cable modem for service and the basic is going up $1.80!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Expanded is going up $0.20. I guess it's really expensive keeping those OTA antennas in tact and charging now 16+ dollars for basic service. But I have to suffer since I have no other option in my area.

The problem it that all providers have to buy their programming from the same sources. Until something is done to get the ViacomDisneyGEetc conglomorates under control this will continue. You can't complain about price increases and complain about Dish trying to control their suppliers in the same breath and be taken at all seriously.
