my brother has Sirius for his car and I got a sample of the uncut comedy channel, I wish Dish would add those non-music channels!

Wonder what those Sirius channels could be. 6013 is between Pop and Rock. Would be nice if it were a 70's/80's mix WITHOUT the MTV VJs. Those three washed up folks are dull. They add nothing to the 80's channels and need to go back under their rocks.

6025 is in the Rock category.
6061 is in the Dance/Electronic category
6097 is in the Latin/World category (maybe Al-Jahzeer Radio Network)....

None of the above currently exist on Sirius.

The 4 new SIRIUS channels are currently silent and not in the EPG stream.

SIRIUS does not list streams with numbers that correspond to these.

John
I noticed on Tony's chart it had the following:
KRII TV Chisholm, MN (Mostly a repeater of Duluth's NBC) is now being uplinked to 110° channel 7581. Not yet available to subscribers.

Any news if this is turned over to subscribers yet?

bummer
It shouldn't be too hard to get to the POP..I think KBJR & KRII go out of the same studio...one goes 5 miles "up the hill" the the POP (KBJR)...the other hauls ars up to Chisholm (about 75 miles way)

Thanks John!

on the other hand - maybe both of them (Sirius and Dish's Sirius) are JUST planning to come out with those 4 stations soon..

Like it's in the works, or something, etc....
(and that maybe explains - you not finding anything on those on the Web)

Peace....

We had a local AM station (WCVG-AM, 1320) that went all-Elvis back in the 80s. It didn't do very well and they changed the format after about 6 months. Perhaps an all-Elvis station will do better on pay radio that has many more listeners.

ya.. expecially with so many channels/stations in existance...

People more likely will not keep it on one particular station all day long anyhow (..to care much one way or another) :D

I wish they would put an old radio program channel . Is there any hope that would happen?

Two quick notes:
First the rumor BackStage is that NFL Radio Network will start 7/7. If they're adding that channel, maybe these others will get added at the same time.
Secondly, for keng52, Sirius does carry an old radio program stream, just not on Dish. Time to buy yourself an Orbitor, oops, I mean a Traveler!
If you don't see me here, I'm Walking the Dog, at SiriusBackStage !

If you really like old time radio--go with XM. XM's old time radio channel is much, much better than Sirius. It has more programs, and a great guide telling you whats on, and when.
