Bought an aconda 38" Hi-def Loewe's Tv. The hi-def feature is missing.Store tried to tell me it was my receiver but nothing is wrong with the receiver.Evidently there is something wrong with the tv possibly refurbished. What recourse do I have with the store in replacing it with the newer model basalt since they have none left of my model.?
