During an earnings conference call yesterday, Dish says they added about 350,000 net new subscribers during the third quarter, taking the customer total to about 10.475 million as of Sept. 30. The company's third quarter revenue was $1.86 billion and their net income totaled $102 million. Charlie Ergen also commented about DirecTV's deal to keep the NFL Sunday Ticket. More HERE.

VOOM still seems to be struggling. At the end of September they had 26,000 activated customers. Not much of a change from the approximate 25,000 reported at the end of June and 8,000 activated customers as of April 30. More HERE.
