Direct remote access to lower channels

Note that direct access through remote entry of lower level channels...3, 5, 9, 29, etc. will not work on my local channels without entry of a leading 0 (zero) in front...i.e. 03, 05, 09, 029, etc. Have not encountered this on my other receivers. They show correctly in the guide and can be accessed that way with no problem.
