No audio on dishplayer

Have lost all audio on all channels on dishplayer have checked all cables still nothing anyone ever have this problem?

Try unplugging the unit, waiting for a few minutes then plugging it back in. If that doesn't work try doing a software reset code (3276:cool: . Turn the unit off, enter the code, the lights will blink on the front panel, then turn the unit back on.
