We know Directv is offering local channels in Oklahoma City, Buffalo, NY and Grand Rapids, Mich. in the near future. Why when your type in a zip code from those areas does the Directv response read
"We don't currently have plans to offer local channels to your area." ?

Don't you think they should update their web site accordingly?

Because they don't bother to update their website until days AFTER they go live. I complained to Directv AND Pegasus several times to, if you entered a valid zipcode, put a note saying coming soon or just a link to the announcement.

They ignored me completely.

Steve,
I know what channels I am going to receive. My complaint is that when I put in my zip code on the Directv site it tells me "They don't plan to carry Local Channels in my area" When they already announced that they are going too.
