Straight from Dish, here are the release notes for the 8.25P software version for the Dish 6000:

Support for extended event blackout cases

Check Switch improvements for spotbeams and Superdish configurations.

Mark, that was an easy one. I would like to see them do an update for OTA-EPG information.

Maybe it was there on the last release but now I see a signal meter then adding a digital channel manually.

My 6000 updated this morning and I haven't checked yet, but it would be nice if Dish fixed the Sirius music channel Favorites List bug (you can't see any of the 6xxx channels in the Favorites menu, quite the bit of irony, huh?)

Update: Nope, still can't add Sirius channels to the 6000's Favorites lists.
