how to record from 921?

How many different ways are there to record from the 921 pvr?

What is the best method? tape dvd etc

connection types?

I'm assuming you're referring to offloading programs from the 921 to other removal media such as video tape or DVD?

Using the s-video/audio connectors (may also use composite video or RF output {channel 3/4}) and placing the 921 in SD mode (by toggling HD/SD button on the unit or remote) you can replay a program to a recording device.

1) DVD recorders
2) Super VHS recorders, Camcorders or standard VHS recorders
3) Computer with video capture capability.

Presently HD recording devices are not available or mainsteam. Also when in SD mode you will not be able to use you component or DVI connection but may be able to view through your recording device.

Stand alone tivo or Replay box... Replay outputs in 480p....
