Does anyone else have this problem? Every other day or so the remote simply stops working for 3 up to 20 minutes or so. Very frustrating because it basically renders the reciever useless. Even a reboot doesn't always work. Does this happen to anyone else? Mark, help me out here, please!!!

Email me your receiver CAID, smartcard ID number, description of the problem and what troubleshooting you've done, your name, and phone number where you can be called. I'll send it to the 921 support team, who will call you back. Email address is in my sig.
