I've never seen a report of a DBSTalk member winning anything - but perhaps they wouldn't admit it. BingoTV isn't one of the favorite channels here.

I'd love to play but Ohio is one of the blackout states
you could move
Never could see the attraction of this channel.

Never watched the show, (blackout here in KY, certainly don't want any revenue being taken away from the all-powerful horse industry!), but I remember Ashley (think that was her name) being on the Charlie Chat prior to the BingoTV launch. I guess they are making some amount of money, since it is still on the air.

BingoTV is based in Denver Colorado near the headquarters of some of the nation’s largest cable and satellite operators.
BingoTV was founded in 2002 by BingoTV President Ira Bahr. Mr. Bahr is an advertising and marketing veteran having spent 12 years at BBDO Worldwide working with clients including GE, Pepsi, and FedEx.
In the late 1990’s Mr. Bahr was the number two executive at Sirius Satellite Radio, where he forged the company’s relationships with car and radio manufacturers. He was also a key player in the acquisition of over $1 billion in capital finance. Most recently Mr. Bahr was SVP of Marketing for Dish Network which is the nation’s fourth largest distributor of multi-channel video.
BingoTV *is* filmed on the old Charlie Chat set. The set was shared for a few months until the Charlie Chat / Tech Chat broadcasts were moved to a basement set at headquarters. BingoTV *is* shown part time on Channel 104, which now shares bandwidth with the old 9900 "you have a Dish500" channel. There are deep ties between BingoTV and E* - but I doubt if you can prove full ownership.
