With "D" announcing that they will be providing locals next month, does that mean that "E" would follow soon?

Does "E" have enough saturation in this DMA?

Based on the recent announcements by the two providers, it looks like Charlie is really expecting the merger to go through, so now they are starting to announce locals in markets not being offered by DirecTV.

Although DirecTV is planning to add Grand Rapids and Oklahoma City locals after Dish. Dish is not planning to add Hartford, Las Vegas, Providence, or the soon to be added Buffalo or Norfolk. Dish has instead announced plans to add Tucson, Tulsa, and Burlington which DirecTV has not announced plans for.
