Hi,

I had Directv for several years but I stoped "subcriving" it to chance my cable operator. Now I have Directv, again and I have and antena that the guy that came to install everything left here. Is there a way to use this antena (that I don´t use because I´m using my old one), even if I can only receive free american channels. I would like to know what equipment I will need (receivers, cables etc).

I hope you understood what I wrote and that you can help me!

Thanks,

Brazilian :)

That is a 24" dish even in the United States that is to small for FTA use. Resubscribe to Directv or junk it, I don't think it will be usable where ever you are.:)

Here in the U.S. for most FTA you need at least a one meter (39") dish. Some satellites require a three meter dish.
