Can you buy locals only?

If you don't have a service commitment....such as you own your own receivers...can you get the locals only for $5.99 a month?...No AT100 or AT150 or any other channels just the locals only?

Yes but theres an additional $5 access fee for not having an AT or DishLatino pak as part of your programming.

No Steve. His question was can you get them for only $5.99. No - they cost $10.99 when purchased alone in effect.
