Just when I thought the picture quality was getting better (our SLC locals were horrible for about two months), I was watching "Courage Under Fire" on Hallmark Friday night. It was so pixelated that it was hard to know what was going on. I ended up turning to another station. I don't watch Hallmark often, so I don't know if that is a continual problem or a one-time deal.
